We are currently hiring a HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work directly with designated teams, aligning business objectives with employees and management in specific departments or teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with line managers to ensure the right talent is acquired, managed, and developed, using IDR’s systems and processes.
- Work on succession planning to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Collaborate on compensation packages designed to attract, retain, and develop key talent.
- Participate in unit and functional budget planning discussions to align HR goals with financial targets.
- Assist the Director HR in translating business strategies into HR operational plans and monitor compliance with these plans.
- Provide strategic and tactical workforce planning support in alignment with IDR’s overall business plans.
- Help team leads manage performance effectively, ensuring they use IDR’s tools and processes to achieve their targets and maintain high productivity.
- Identify learning gaps and development needs, acting as a bridge to communicate these to the Learning & Development team.
- Ensure IDR HR policies are effectively implemented and advise managers on compliance, performance investigations, and people management issues.
- Act as the go-to HR expert within the designated teams, ensuring seamless adoption of people-related processes and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure clear role understanding within teams, with employees taking ownership of their responsibilities.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies wherever applicable.
Required Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Human Resources.
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in HR roles, ideally in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
