Description:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our HR team. As an HRBP, you will work closely with Management and employees to drive HR initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. You will act as a trusted advisor on a range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role is ideal for a people-focused HR professional who thrives on building strong relationships and implementing strategies that foster a positive and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic partner, providing guidance on HR best practices and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive talent management processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee development, and succession planning.
- Support managers in handling employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting a culture of engagement and accountability.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives to improve employee experience and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, supporting managers in setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues.
- Partner with leaders to identify training and development needs, working with Learning & Development to create relevant programs.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide insights that inform business and HR decisions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, mitigating risks and managing employee relations matters effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, talent management, or as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Proven experience in influencing and coaching managers and leaders to drive results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively across departments.
- Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
