Tech Savy: Is familiar with modern tools, curious about recent trends, and familiar with commonly used tech jargon.
Hands-on: Someone who is willing to get their hands dirty and dive into solving a problem, instead of delegating. Collaborates with relevant stakeholders to get the work done
