Description:
As an HR assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR executive with various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. Your responsibilities will include documentation, initial candidate screenings, job postings, and CV filtering. You will be an essential part of our HR team, contributing to the overall success of our recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Executive with daily administrative tasks and documentation.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Filter and organize incoming CVs to identify suitable candidates.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in an HR role or similar administrative position.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-learner with a proactive approach to work.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus.
