Description:

Gradvisors Pvt. Ltd., a leading organization in academic and career counselling, is looking to hire a dedicated HR and Communication Officer to strengthen its communication and coordination processes. The selected candidate will play a key role in bridging communication gaps between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Establish and maintain effective communication channels between Gradvisors, clients, universities, and portal representatives.
✅ Schedule and manage meetings (both Zoom and in-person) by coordinating with clients and ensuring timely follow-ups.
✅ Ensure accurate data entry and management on relevant portals, maintaining data integrity.
✅ Facilitate smooth and ongoing communication with candidates and clients, ensuring all queries are addressed professionally and efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
🔹 Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Communication, English, or a related field.
🔹 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (entry-level role).
🔹 Strong verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on error-free communication.
🔹 Ability to multi-task and handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
🔹 Proficiency in using communication platforms (Zoom, email, etc.) and meeting coordination tools.
