Description:

We are looking for a HR & Admin Officer to join our team at Elite Power (Pvt.) Ltd., based at our Head Office in Valencia Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Support organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage employee records and assist with HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with employees and resolve queries related to HR policies.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and databases.
  • Provide support for employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
