Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records and handling documentation.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Manage office administration tasks such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and organizing records.
  • Assist in tracking attendance, leave management, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR & Admin team.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Recent graduates or final-year students in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR and administrative domain.
