Description:
Quba Islamic Center is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Hostel Warden to manage our state-of-the-art orphanage. As a warden, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and holistic development of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and maintain discipline among the children in the hostel.
- Ensure the children’s safety and well-being 24/7.
- Manage the daily operations of the hostel, including meals, cleanliness, and health-related matters.
- Foster a nurturing and supportive environment for children’s growth and development.
- Address the emotional, social, and educational needs of the children.
- Coordinate with staff, teachers, and healthcare professionals to ensure the overall care of the children.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in Islamic Studies.
- A strong background in an Islamic environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in an Islamic institute, either in a teaching or non-teaching role.
- Prior experience managing a hostel or residential facility (preferably with children).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor children with care and discipline.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Willingness to stay on the premises.
