Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including reception, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and event planning.
• Ensure that all departments work cohesively to maintain high standards of service.
• Manage bookings, room assignments, and guest services to maximize occupancy.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and anticipating guest needs.
• Implement and monitor customer feedback systems to improve service quality.
• Ensure that guests have a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out.
• Monitor revenue streams, such as room bookings, restaurant sales, and events, to ensure profitability.
• Recruit, train, and manage hotel staff across different departments.
• Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure that staffing levels meet operational needs.
• Manage the hotel's online presence, including websites, booking platforms
• Greet and interact with guests, addressing any special requests or accommodations.
• Work closely with the food and beverage team to ensure quality dining experiences for guests

Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
