Go Dialo Services is hiring Experienced “Doctor Chaser” Male/Female for our DME campaign (CALL CENTRE). As a Doctor Chaser, you'll be a vital link between healthcare providers and our company, facilitating the smooth provision of essential medical equipment to patients in need.  Role will involve reaching out to physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary documentation and authorization for DME orders.

Job Description:

As a Doctor Chaser in our call center specializing in Durable Medical Equipment (DME), you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between healthcare providers and our company to ensure efficient and timely provision of medical equipment to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to contact physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary documentation and authorization for DME orders. You will work closely with our sales team, patients, and insurance companies to coordinate the delivery of medical equipment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact healthcare providers via phone, email, and fax to obtain necessary prescriptions, medical records, and authorization for DME orders.
• Educate physicians and office staff on documentation requirements, insurance coverage criteria, confirming patient’s provider and process the ordering for DME products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and documentation related to DME orders in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow up with healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to resolve any issues or discrepancies in DME orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Must be an Intermediate preferred.
• Age between 18 to 25.
• Prior experience in DME Campaign Call Centre, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in using computer software and electronic medical records systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements, including HIPAA guidelines.

Shift Timings: Evening 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM
