Description:
Qualification: Bachlors/ Master Degree preferably in Business Administration
What we’re looking for:
- Secure lead generation by cold calling and following up with company literature
- Ensure CRM tools are updated with regards to baseline data such as contact, emails, and addresses
- Assisting in developing effective telesales strategies implementing and monitoring the performance of telesales strategies
- Preparing and maintaining detailed and accurate telesales reports
- Assisting in developing telesales script
- Managing Telesales team with check and follow ups to meet targets (8M / telesale)
- Ensure potential lead generation from agents thru online/web search
- Ensure day end reporting to national head on data calling, meeting setups, lost reasons, etc.
- Regular training sessions to update sales pitch as per the market trends
- Must exhibit strong leadership and team management skills
