Head Of Security

Description:

Security Management

- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures for all campuses.

- Oversee daily operations of the security team across multiple locations.

- Conduct regular security assessments and audits at each campus.

- Monitor and analyze security risks and threats.

- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.

- Lead incident response efforts and manage crises.

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

- Provide security training and awareness programs for staff and students.

- Prepare and manage the security budget.

- Report on security operations and incidents to senior management.

Traffic Management

- Ensure safe and efficient traffic flow outside school premises.

- Develop and implement traffic management plans for peak hours.

- Monitor traffic flow and identify congestion or safety concerns.

- Handle traffic-related incidents and emergencies.

- Regularly review and update traffic management strategies based on feedback and changing conditions.

Vehicle Management

- Manage the school vehicle fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

- Develop and enforce vehicle usage policies and protocols.

- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance and safety checks.

- Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

Candidates should have at least a Bachelor's degree and possess 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in security management. Additionally, having a background in the army would be considered a significant advantage.
