This position is responsible is the overall administrative and academic management with the objective of enhancing student learning outcomes.

Qualifications And Requirements
 

• Required Qualifications: Bachelors of Education or a Bachelors plus PGCE, QTS, License, Diploma etc.
• Desired Qualifications: Master’s in Education or equivalent
• At least 12 to 15 years of relevant experience in an IB school.
• Knowledge of curriculum development and training design, teaching and evaluation in relevant area
• Knowledge of child learning methodologies, curriculum development and implementation.
• School improvement practices and staff development techniques.
• Thorough knowledge of IB curriculum, implementation and accreditation process.
• Extensive experience in running/currently running an IB authorized institution.
