Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting the commercial real estate market, specifically for retail and restaurant sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends, competitive opportunities, and client needs to enhance business growth.

 

  • Sales Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure exceptional performance in achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.

 

  • Client Relationship Development:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, investors, and business operators.
  • Engage with potential clients through networking, industry events, and direct outreach to promote our services and listings.

 

  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management at every stage.
  • Implement best practices for lead qualification, property showings, and negotiation to maximize conversion rates.

 

  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform strategic decisions and identify potential growth areas.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management, analyzing performance against KPIs and targets.

 

  • Collaboration Across Departments:

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate sales, with a specific focus on retail and restaurant properties.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools, with strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
