Key Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies in line with our business goals and objectives.

Ø Build and lead a high-performing marketing & sales team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and success.

Ø Identify new markets, new auto parts retail customers/distributors throughout Pakistan.

Ø Extensive physical marketing and selling through reliable distributors, retailers and wholesalers.

Ø Drive brand awareness and product visibility through a mix of digital marketing tools and extensive physical marketing efforts.

Ø Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry influencers to boost our market presence.

Requirements:

Ø Minimum 5 years of successful track record in auto parts sales and marketing, with prior experience in the auto parts industry.

Ø Proven ability to establish marketing & sales departments from scratch, delivering tangible results.

Ø Extensive knowledge of the automotive market, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Ø Expertise in utilizing social media tools and digital marketing strategies will be a plus.

Ø Extensive physical marketing & selling, identifying new customers, distributors, wholesalers and retailers is must.

Ø Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and build strong business relationships.

Ø Results-driven, with a passion for achieving excellence and surpassing targets.
