Description:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales Department and drive revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

* New business development and assuring the company interest & profitability.

* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the team.

* Expand company’s customer base.

* Having hands on experience on CBU & CKD Units.

* Continuously monitoring the performance of sales consultants.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for CBU & CKD units, aligned with overall

business goals & objectives.

* Preparation of Yearly Forecasts and its quarterly monitoring of achievement.

* Development of strategies to efficiently achieve the forecasted targets.

* Supporting marketing department to devise comprehensive marketing strategy inline

with the sales objectives for better outward communication of the products and

respective offers.

* Develop and Manage Departmental financial budgeting

* Coaching and assistance of sales team at all levels.

* Actively monitoring the current warm leads of the sales team to curtail leakages.

* Ensuring high level of customer experience at all levels.

* Must have ability to cope up the challenges in managing the sales team.

* Develop strong relationships with the customers and prospects.

* Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.

* Sending introductory letters / email to the potential prospects.

* Assist the sales consultant if required at the time of sales closure.

* Drive sales with product knowledge and market-driven enthusiasm.

* Track market trends, competitor’s product and their sales policies.

* Maintaining integrity &transparency at all levels.

* Participation in sales-based marketing activities.

* A self-driven motivational drive in the given time.
