JinnByte is looking for a Go-Getter in Sales who can lead the department and has solid experience in Customer Success with Result Driven Tech Companies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Development Department with a KPI Based Approach.
- Analytical and have a good grip on the CRMs like HubSpot or Sales Force.
- Achieve Monthly and Yearly Financial Goals of the company with a tailored Sales Plan.
- Formulate Strong Agency Partnerships with the tech teams overseas and skilled in Staff Augmentation.
- Align with the team structure and achieve targets with the Sales Team from one vertical to another.
- Take up the existing clients of the companies and form a dynamics in the domain of Customer Success
- Upsell, Cross-sell, and Promote client relations of the tech team and the clients.
- Well-versed in Generating Leads of higher ticket sizes and introducing new avenues for the team to pivot when required.
- Close end-to-end deals with the clientele and form a long-lasting engagement with the clients.
- Good command of the sales of Product Development, Mobile Apps, Web Apps, and CRMs.
- Possess skills of a Business Analyst to gather and scope out the exact requirements of the clients.
- Design and Draft highly engaging Technical and Commercial proposals to ensure maximum conversions.
- Equipped with Technical knowledge to provide consultation to clients and define lucrative Sales proposals to lock the new deals.
- Should have some background in Project Management to Plan and estimate the budgeting and project execution with the clients.
- Solid Communication skills to represent the Company as a Sales Lead and present quarterly targets and KPIs plans to the Management.
- Remain in touch with the delivery team and Project Managers to lay down a Customer Success Plan with each client.
- Provide visibility of the Sales, Customers, and Growth directly to the CEO and COO of the company.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of Experience working as a Business Development/Customer Success Manager.
- Flexibility to adapt the client's Time zone since we're mostly working with EST-based clients.
- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or Marketing.
- Willing to Travel overseas when required and attend the Global conferences on behalf of the company.
- Highly Analytical and Research-based individual having strong interpersonal and people skills.
