Major Responsibilities

• Process Quality Control to Ensure Product Defective Rate Control.
• Man Power & Production Efficiency Assurance.
• Lean Production & Overall Wastages Control.
• WIP Inventory & Overaging Control.
• Manufacturing / Factory Expense Control.
• Team Building & Successor Planning.
• Yearly Production Plan (Monthly Base) Based on Yearly Sales Plan Keeping in View Model-Wise Capacity.
• Execute Daily Base, Monthly Production Plan to Fulfill Sales Requirement and as per Capacity / Efficiency of Production.
• Follow up and Ensure all Materials Availability on T-1 Basis for Smooth Running of Production as per Plan on Daily Basis.
• Coordinate with Paint Department for Painting as per Production Plan & Follow up for Smooth Supply of Parts in Time.
• Actual Production Control (Follow Up) & Record on Daily Basis & Send Report to Management
• Production Capacity Analysis & Coordination with Production for Capacity Enhancement to Fulfill Requirements of Yearly Sales Plan.
• Implementation of All Quality, Production, and Machine Standards.
• Station-Wise Actual Production Monitoring Target vs Actual.
• Follow up Manpower Standard Process-Wise and Handling.
• Deal with Immediate Issues Related to Maintenance, Material, and Production, etc.
• Provide On-Job Training for New Hired People.
• Reduce Overtime Expense & Enhance Productivity.
• Implement Manufacturing Cost-Saving Ideas on the Floor Along with R&D and Quality.
• Material Environment and Line Management as per 6S Activity.
• ISO Internal Audit.
• Responsible for the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.

Job Specifications

• BSc. Mechanical / Industrial Engineering
• 8 to 12 Years experience in Home Appliances or Automobile Industry
• Team Management & Good Communication Skills
