ICON Consultants is hiring a Head of Operations for one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and streamline daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals.
• Lead and mentor operational teams, promoting collaboration and productivity.
• Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Work closely with leadership to set and achieve operational targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in operations, with leadership experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and improve processes.
• Knowledge of operational tools and emerging technologies.
