Description:

Head of Marketing and communications will play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing all aspects of marketing, branding, and communications for the organization. You will lead a dynamic team to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive business growth. Your responsibilities will encompass management reporting, client communication, social media strategy, brand management, stakeholder engagement, and budget management.

Responsibilities:

๐Ÿ”น Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business goals.

๐Ÿ”น Ensure traffic is monitored on all platforms via relevant tools.

๐Ÿ”น Collaborate with senior management to ensure marketing initiatives support the organization's strategic objectives.

๐Ÿ”น Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).

๐Ÿ”น Ensure campaigns are consistent with brand messaging and targeted effectively.

๐Ÿ”น Maintain and enhance the organization's brand identity and reputation.

๐Ÿ”น Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all communication channels.

๐Ÿ”น Lead the creation of compelling and relevant content for various platforms and audiences.

๐Ÿ”น Ensure content aligns with brand values and resonates with the target audience.

๐Ÿ”น Cultivate and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.

๐Ÿ”น Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

๐Ÿ”น Monitor digital analytics to optimize performance and ROI.

๐Ÿ”น Manage communication during crises to minimize reputational damage.

Requirements:

๐ŸŽ“ Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; masterโ€™s degree is a plus.

๐Ÿ”น Minimum 7 yearsโ€™ experience in Marketing, Corporate Communications, digital/social media & Content Creation.

๐Ÿ’ฌ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

๐Ÿ’ก In-depth knowledge of marketing analytics.
