Description:
As the Marketing Team Leader at Premier BPO, you will lead the development and execution of B2B data-driven marketing strategies. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven leadership track record of strategic marketing, analytical insight, and business development skills to target North American-based companies. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and involved leader, capable of fostering a high-performance team to drive marketing strategies, generate qualified leads, enhance brand presence, and support overall business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Research and audit the competitor landscape and industry trends regularly to inform brand communications, positioning, and new concepts.
Analytical Insight and Decision-Making:
- Leverage analytical skills to interpret both internal and external data to identify insights into effectiveness, opportunities, and trends to optimize marketing performance.
- Implement continuous improvement processes based on data-driven findings.
Business Development Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with the business development team to align marketing efforts with qualified lead generation and conversion objectives.
- Lead the development of effective marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and related materials to support business development initiatives.
Brand Positioning and Messaging:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity towards the target audience, and within the BPO industry in general, by ensuring consistent, engaging, and impactful messaging across all channels.
- Be the champion of our brand voice to communicate the core product attributes and value proposition to our target audience ensuring a consistent and compelling message.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing brand value and differentiation.
Digital Marketing Excellence:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to drive online presence and engagement with our target audience.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices for maximum impact.
Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensure adherence to organizational requirements, and allocate resources strategically to achieve marketing objectives.
- Provide regular budget reports and insights to senior management.
Marketing Team Development:
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance and inspiration for skill development, performance evaluation, and career growth for all marketing team members.
- Identify reward and recognition opportunities to encourage a high level of performance and maintain morale.
- Minimum five (5) years of B2B marketing experience, with at least two (2) years of direct experience in a team leadership role. Prior BPO experience is preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven history of achievement and growth in a B2B marketing management role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies to North American-based companies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment to meet all key deadlines.
- Available to work onsite in the company’s Lahore, Pakistan office, during U.S. business hours.
