Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, tactics and marketing team to develop external strategy and commercial interaction with key customer groups within the target area: including clinical, governmental, national and regional distributor to deliver positive outcomes.
- Direct accountability for managing the nominated strategic brand, as well as responsibility for all brands and the associated cross functional teams in the therapeutic area
- Accountability for all marketing deliverables, as well as management and development of marketing &t sales team members for goal achievements.
- Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
- Develop pricing strategies, balancing Organization objectives and customer satisfaction
- Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products, services & marketing campaigns.
- Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
- Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, Et advertisers, and product managers, to market products and services
- Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
- Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to Managing Director.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Periodically evaluates and motivates each of the team member (Marketing, Institutional Sales and Business)
- Negotiate contracts with sales team and distributors to manage product distribution, establishing & distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.
- Monitor competition Et develop proactive counter strategies to win business.
- Must adhere values and B. Braun core competencies.
- In case of receiving of any information/document related to ADR of B. Braun's Products need to immediately report to Local Safety Officer.
- In case of receiving of any information/document related to Compliant of B. Braun's
- Products need to report within 24h to Local Safety Officer.
Professional competencies
- Bachelor degree, preferably MBA in Marketing.
- 8-10 years of experience of Marketing or relevant role, within an MNC environment
- Experience with the healthcare industry is preferred
