- Lead the recruitment process across all school levels, ensuring effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of top-tier talent.
- Manage compensation and benefits policies, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Conduct regular salary reviews and ensure timely disbursement of payroll.
- Identify skill gaps and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in HR management
- In-depth understanding of HR concepts, labor laws, performance management, employee development, and compensation strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to drive change and lead HR initiatives across multiple locations.
- Proven track record of successfully driving HR initiatives and managing complex HR issues.
