Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Oversee and develop the HR strategy in alignment with the organization’s overall goals and objectives.
- Talent Management: Lead talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Policy Development: Establish and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
