  • Identify new business opportunities and create strategies to capitalize on market trends.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the corporate sales team.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously analyze sales performance and implement improvements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–8 years of proven success in corporate sales or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to design and execute high-impact sales strategies.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Budget: PKR 300,000 – 450,000 per month
