This senior role is responsible for Business Management for the Corporate Technology group at S&P Global. The position involves strategic planning, operational management, and ensuring the team runs smoothly to deliver on our Corporate Platforms solutions.

The role requires a unique blend of technological expertise, strategic insight, communications, financial acumen, and effective stakeholder engagement. This position involves supporting the CTO in strategic planning, project management, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that the technology division aligns with the company's overall objectives.

This role is integral to the success of the technology division, requiring an individual who can navigate complex challenges, drive financial efficiency, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels while also ensuring we are engaging with our employees and regularly ensuring they have what they need to be successful.

Key Responsibilities Of This Role Include

Strategic Planning and Financial Oversight:
 

• Assist the CTO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, our overall KPI’s and delivering on our scorecard with quarterly updates.
• Craft and communicate the team's technology strategy and roadmaps making suggestions where to improve or where they should be implemented.
   

Technology Management
 

• Influence partner relationships and strategic technology decisions.
   

Team Engagement
 

• Responsible for crafting the Corporate Platforms engagement strategy with our employees including comms, communication and engagement strategy with employees including VIBE surveys and VIBE champions.
• Responsible for completion of all required training and overall planning of certification and training strategy across the group
   

Communication And Stakeholder Engagement
 

• Act as a liaison between the CTO, other executives, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Develop and manage communication strategies to effectively convey the CTO's vision and priorities.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, build relationships, and ensure alignment with technology strategies.
   

Communication And Presentation
 

• Communicate the CTO’s vision and priorities across various teams and departments.
• Prepare presentations and materials for high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Prepare and refine presentations, reports, and materials for meetings involving the CTO.
• Organize and coordinate high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements involving the CTO, including setting agendas, preparation and refinement of presentations, creation of reports, and ensuring follow-up actions.
• Oversee planning for the Corporate Technology leadership travel including offsites, vendor meetings, site visits, conferences, and other events.
   

Strategic Planning And Advising
 

• Assist the CTO in developing, implementing, and monitoring strategic plans and initiatives.
• Provide analytical and financial insights for technology strategies, aligning them with corporate goals
