We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Head of Business Development to lead our growth initiatives, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth through staff augmentation, B2B engagements, and corporate sales.
• Identify and secure high-value deals with enterprises, startups, and corporate clients needing software development resources.
• Manage a robust sales pipeline and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Expand market reach by forming strategic partnerships and attending industry events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tailor service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
• Build and lead a high-performance sales function while being directly involved in sales execution.
Key Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or corporate strategy in staff augmentation, IT consulting, or related industries.
• Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals and exceeding revenue targets.
• Deep understanding of corporate sales, IT outsourcing, and enterprise business models.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client relationship skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships.
• High-energy, strategic thinker, and hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to mobilize resources, build sales teams, and drive business expansion.
• Existing industry connections and a strong professional network are a plus.
