Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Amazon Operations to lead and optimize our multi-faceted Amazon business. This is a senior leadership role where you will manage a team of 15 professionals across key departments, drive strategic growth, and oversee operations to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Operations Management:
Lead and mentor a team of 15 across Amazon Wholesale Research, Private Label Research, PPC, and Brand Deals & Negotiation.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and improve team efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals and drive performance.
Amazon Account & Seller Central Management:
Manage communication with Amazon Support and Business Developers to resolve account issues and unlock growth opportunities.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and marketplace updates.
Oversee FBA and FBM operations, including shipment planning and logistics optimization.
Wholesale & Private Label Research:
Conduct in-depth research to identify high-potential wholesale and private label opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with brands and suppliers to secure profitable deals.
Analyze competition, market trends, and category performance to guide sourcing decisions.
PPC & Advertising Strategy:
Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to drive sales and improve ACoS/ROAS.
Monitor ad spend, keyword performance, and bidding strategies to optimize ad efficiency.
Implement A/B testing and data-driven strategies to enhance visibility and conversion rates.
Pricing, Brand Deals & Negotiation:
Negotiate brand partnerships, exclusive deals, and favorable pricing agreements.
Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive while maintaining strong profit margins.
Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion, and visibility.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong English Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven Amazon Expertise: Experience in Amazon Wholesale, Private Label, PPC, and Brand Negotiation.
Amazon Seller Central & FBA/FBM: Expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and FBA/FBM operations.
Pricing & Inventory Management: Strong understanding of pricing strategies, inventory management, and shipment planning.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience leading and growing teams within an Amazon-focused business.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make informed decisions based on data.
