Description:
Superior University is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Alumni Relations and Corporate Linkages department. The main responsibility is to oversee and manage all aspects responsible for creating and maintaining strong connections with our alumni network and establishing valuable corporate partnerships. Additionally, they will lead public relations activities, team training initiatives, and spearhead campaigns.
Alumni Relations:
- Develop and implement strategies to engage and strengthen relationships with alumni.
- Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking opportunities to foster a sense of community.
- Establish communication channels to keep alumni informed about university’s developments.
Corporate Linkages:
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with corporate entities aligned with our mission and values.
- Collaborate with businesses to create internship opportunities, sponsorships, and joint initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between Superior University and corporate partners, ensuring mutual benefit.
- Identify potential corporate partners and establish meaningful connections.
- Develop strategies to initiate and nurture long-term relationships with corporate entities.
- Work closely with marketing and events teams to leverage partnerships for promotional activities.
- Manage ongoing communication, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with partnerships.
Public Relations Activities:
- Develop and execute PR campaigns to enhance Superior University’s visibility.
- Create press releases, articles, and other promotional materials to communicate key messages.
- Manage media relations and ensure positive coverage of the organization’s initiatives.
Team Trainings:
- Conduct training programs for the team on effective alumni engagement and corporate partnership development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Provide guidance on industry trends and best practices in alumni relations and corporate partnerships.
Special Initiatives:
- To undertake any other initiative having significant role in the department/ institution progress/ image building.
Competencies:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication, negotiation, people skills (must exhibit best human skills)

- Ability to manage time and work to strict deadlines.
- Decision Quality & Problem-Solving Skills
- Well versed in student handling. Should be motivator, high level of confidence.
