As Head of Accounts and Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations and accounting functions of the company. You will be closely working with different departments to get higher growth opportunities within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial plans aligned with company goals.
• Prepare accurate financial statements for decision-making.
• Maintain precise records of transactions and manage accounts.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks and uncertainties.
• Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations.
• Provide insights by evaluating financial performance and trends.
• Coordinate internal and external financial audits.
• Monitor and manage funds for operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience of at least 5 years
• Professional certifications like ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or CA are beneficial.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling abilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Excellent communication skills for interactions with various stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and management capabilities.
• Experience in preparing accurate and timely reports for investors.
