Guest Services Officer

 

Description:

Hotel Mehran is looking for a Guest Services Officer to provide exceptional customer service to guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for hotel visitors while handling reservations, inquiries, and service requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
✅ Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations professionally.
✅ Provide guests with information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
✅ Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and efficiently.
✅ Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
✅ Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a customer service or hospitality role.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Proficiency in English and Urdu; additional languages are a plus.
✔ Familiarity with hotel reservation systems is preferred.
