Mentoga is on the lookout for an energetic and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to be a significant part of our Growth team. This role is instrumental in propelling our platform forward by engaging with creators, maintaining our brand presence, and using analytics to refine and enhance the user experience. As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll lead our mission to transform how creators connect with their fans, transforming audiences into vibrant communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Creator Onboarding: Develop and implement strategies to identify and engage with potential creators through email outreach and partnerships with creator agencies. Build and sustain relationships with creators to ensure their successful integration and satisfaction with our platform.
- Brand and Marketing Presence: Manage and execute marketing initiatives across various channels to boost Mentoga's visibility and appeal to creators and users alike, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.
- Analytics and Optimization: Employ analytics tools to track user engagement, spot trends, and identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience. Formulate strategies for ongoing platform improvement based on analytical insights.
- Content Strategy Development: Design and execute a content strategy that highlights the platform's unique benefits, including creator success stories, engagement tips, and user guides.
- Community Building and Engagement: Cultivate a strong community around Mentoga by overseeing online forums, social media groups, and organizing events to boost engagement among users and creators.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Seek out and establish strategic partnerships with creator agencies, influencer networks, and other platforms to expand our reach and streamline creator onboarding.
- Feedback Loop Implementation: Set up systems for gathering and analyzing feedback from both users and creators, leveraging this feedback to drive continuous enhancements in the platform and user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably within a tech or creator-centric platform.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective growth strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with content strategy, community management, and forming partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and current digital content trends.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
