Description:

Flairox is seeking an experienced and strategic-thinking Growth Lead to play a pivotal role in expanding our agency's portfolio and market presence. As a Growth Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase Flairox's brand visibility, acquire new partners and clients, drive agency growth and eventually build a content and data driven team of growth specialists. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, landing pages, email marketing, analytics and automations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop growth strategies: Formulate comprehensive growth strategies that align with Flairox's business objectives and long-term vision.
  • Client acquisition: Lead efforts to identify and acquire new partners and clients through targeted outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
  • Brand visibility: Enhance Flairox's brand visibility and presence in the industry by implementing effective marketing campaigns, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Lead generation: Oversee the development and execution of lead generation strategies, including the creation of compelling content, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Email marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to engage existing clients, nurture leads, and drive conversions.
  • Marketing automations: Implement marketing automation tools and workflows to streamline lead nurturing, client onboarding, and other relevant processes.
  • Data-driven performance optimization: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance metrics and KPIs, assess the effectiveness of growth strategies, and make data-driven adjustments as needed to optimize results and ROI.
  • Team building: As the agency's growth progresses, build and lead a team of growth specialists with expertise in content marketing, data analysis, digital marketing and advertising.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, client ops and service design, to ensure alignment of growth strategies with overall business goals.
  • Market research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities and keep Flairox at the forefront of the market.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on growth progress, including ROI analysis, to the executive team and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar growth-focused leadership role. Successful track-record at a digital services agency is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
  • Expertise in developing and executing effective lead generation strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, platforms, and techniques.
  • Proficiency in implementing marketing automation tools and workflows.
  • Familiarity with content marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Solid understanding of the e-commerce industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends is a plus.
