JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of business units and the organizational strategy
- Monitor monthly performance against established KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement
- Oversee Treasury Back Office operations, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in transactions
- Supervise the organization's administration system and general workflows
- Provide guidance and leadership to the Equity Back Office
- Establish and maintain a succession plan for management positions, identifying and nurturing talent
- Ensure efficient processes, compliance with audit findings, and timely closure of audit issues
- Identify opportunities for improvements in products, services, and operations, considering external environmental changes
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant regulations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelors/Master’s degree in relevant field
15-18 years of relevant experience in Financial sector will be preferred
