Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with client requirements and business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in logo design, web design, app design, and artwork and stationery design. You must be detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about delivering exceptional visual experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Logo Design:
- Conceptualize and create unique, memorable, and visually striking logos for businesses across diverse industries.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and translate it into creative logos.
Web Design:
- Design user-friendly and responsive website layouts with an emphasis on usability, aesthetics, and branding.
- Work closely with web developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into functional websites.
Artwork & Stationery Design:
- Create engaging and professional designs for business cards, letterheads, brochures, flyers, and other corporate stationery.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all print and digital materials.
Creative Design Projects:
- Develop marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, social media posts, and presentations.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating creativity and innovation.
Collaboration & Feedback:
- Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to deliver cohesive projects.
- Accept constructive feedback and implement necessary revisions effectively.
Software Proficiency:
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard tools.
- Knowledge of UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, branding, and digital marketing to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Adapt to emerging technologies and design trends for a competitive edge.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
- Ensure all final deliverables meet project requirements and are ready for print or digital use.
- Thorough understanding of workspace models like Trello, Discord & Meet.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5–6 years of proven experience in professional graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in logo design, web design, and branding.
- Excellent creativity and artistic ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
