Meezotech is currently seeking qualified candidates for two key positions within our organization: Graphics Designer (Night Shift) and Upwork Bidder. We are looking for highly skilled professionals who are passionate about design or project bidding and are eager to contribute to the success of our projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality graphics for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all designs meet client specifications and company standards.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects and platforms.
- Prioritize and manage multiple design projects to meet deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Figma.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, and typography.
- Exceptional attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently during the night shift.
Position 2: Upwork Bidder
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target relevant projects on Upwork that align with the company’s services.
- Write persuasive and customized proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain proactive communication with potential clients throughout the bidding process.
- Effectively manage ongoing projects and ensure client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong written communication skills with a focus on proposal writing and client engagement.
- A good understanding of various industries and the ability to tailor bids accordingly.
- Familiarity with Upwork’s platform and processes.
