Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and craft creative assets that resonate with our brand identity and messaging across diverse platforms and mediums.
- Partner closely with the marketing and branding teams to conceptualize and implement design solutions for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Produce visually captivating graphics for digital marketing endeavors, encompassing website banners, social media posts, and Instagram reels.
- Design print materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, adeptly conveying our brand message.
- Generate top-tier presentations and visual aids for both internal and external applications, such as sales presentations, pitch decks, and conference materials.
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style, typography, and color schemes across all designs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, design techniques, and best practices, continuously enhancing the quality and efficacy of our graphic designs.
- Design and provide graphics for website pages, blogs, and other online media to boost our brand’s presence.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year as a Graphic Designer, supported by a robust portfolio exhibiting diverse design projects across multiple mediums.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design software.
- Strong grasp of design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of effectively conveying ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Previous exposure to the digital marketing industry is advantageous, though not mandatory.
