Graphic Designer

Description:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate,
detail-oriented, and skilled in creating visually compelling designs
Key Responsibilities:
-Design creative assets for print and digital platforms, including
posters, banners, social media graphics, and publications.
-Edit and enhance images through photo touchups and color
grading.
-Create whiteboard animations and visually engaging motion
graphics.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with
brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
1. Design Portfolio
Upload your portfolio or share a link showcasing your aesthetic
sense, use of color combinations, and attention to detail.
2. Experience with Video Editing
Professional video shooting and editing experience is a plus. Share a brief description of a project, highlighting the tools and techniques you used.
3. Deadline Management
Demonstrate how you ensure timely delivery of tasks, even under
tight deadlines. Provide examples of how you've improvised or
adapted to meet a challenging project timeline.
4. Reference Design Interpretation
Experience recreating or improvising reference designs. Explain how
you approached such projects and the creative adjustments you
made.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After
Effects, Premiere Pro)
-Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color
theory.
-Familiarity with motion graphics and whiteboard animation tools.
-Excellent communication and time-management skills.
