Key Responsibilities
- Branding & Logo Design – Develop strong, unique brand identities, including logos, typography, and brand guidelines.
- Marketing & Print Collateral – Design flyers, brochures, business cards, catalogs, pitch decks, and presentations with a focus on high-impact visuals.
- Social Media & Digital Content – Create engaging graphics, carousel posts, banners, and cover images for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Performance Marketing Creatives – Design high-converting Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads that drive engagement and conversions.
- Website & Landing Page Designs – Ensure clean, modern, and conversion-optimized layouts that enhance the user experience.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics – Create short-form video content, reels, animations, and interactive ads to boost engagement.
- Corporate Identity & Stationery – Develop letterheads, envelopes, folders, and other business identity materials that reinforce brand consistency.
- Event & Promotional Materials – Design banners, posters, and roll-ups for trade shows, corporate events, and marketing campaigns.
- A/B Testing & Design Optimization – Work with the Paid Marketing team to analyze creative performance and refine designs for better results.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends – Keep up with modern design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge, professional-quality work.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design (agency experience preferred).
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects & Premiere Pro is a plus).
- Proficiency in Canva – Ability to create fast, high-quality designs for social media and marketing.
- Deep Understanding of Brand Identity & Typography – Must be able to create strong, cohesive visual brands.
- Experience in Print & Digital Design – Should be able to design for both online platforms and print production.
- Video Editing & Animation (Bonus) – Experience in motion graphics and reels is a strong plus.
- Strong Portfolio – If you don’t have one, this job isn’t for you.
- Ability to Meet Deadlines Without Compromising Quality – We work in a fast-paced environment.

- Social Media Management Expertise (Preferred) – Experience in managing visual content for social platforms is a plus.
