Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Excellence: Develop high-quality graphics for various mediums, including digital marketing campaigns, product and service marketing materials, social media content, and print designs, ensuring alignment with Market Pro’s brand identity.
  • Product & Service Marketing: Design compelling visuals for product launches, service promotions, and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance engagement.
  • Strategic Impact: Transform complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs to strengthen brand recognition and audience interaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to create cohesive designs that meet project goals and client expectations.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas that add value to our projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency across all design assets while contributing to the evolution of Market Pro's visual identity.

 

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Designing, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Certification or short courses in Graphic Designing from reputed institutes or platforms (such as Coursera, Udemy, or LinkedIn Learning) are highly valued.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional graphic design skills, creativity, and versatility.
  • Proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
  • Familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working on designs for digital marketing campaigns, product/service marketing, and social media platforms.
