Description:
As a UX Expert, you will be the creative force behind our user interfaces, ensuring our software is not only functional but also intuitive and visually compelling. You will work closely with our development teams to turn ideas into reality, bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, and playing an essential role in the product development process.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions, making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
- Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Convert designs from Adobe XD files to Bootstrap compatible HTML/CSS formats, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Maintain and evolve a set of design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
Your Profile
- Proven UX design experience with a strong portfolio of design projects.
- Proficiency in standard UX software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of graphic design principles and tools, with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
- A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
