Graphic Designer

Description:

Globe Call Centre is seeking a full-time graphic designer to join our growing team. This role will support our creative team in the conception, ideation, and creation of graphic assets across a variety of channels (online/offline) for our clients. You will report to our Head of Marketing and produce an assortment of designs that will be mainly used across sales, business development, social media, advertisements, and promotions. The ideal candidate should have the ability to elevate pictures, themes, and ideas into masterfully stunning designs.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing designs for various media, including social media marketing, sales, advertisement, collateral, presentations, social media graphics, catalogues, brochures, and flyers

- Communicate with internal teams to understand objectives, requirements, and brand guidelines

- Produce high-quality graphics that align with project goals and enhance user experience

- Conduct audits across various technologies and marketing programs

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure high-quality design

- Own the design process from start to finish, while establishing a consistent and polished visual identity

- Effectively organize tasks and communicate tasks updates with clarity

Work with staff to maintain project deliverables and schedules

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with deadlines

- Fill in where & when necessary to accomplish stated responsibilities

Desired Qualifications:

- Atleast 1-2 Years proven Experience of Graphic Designing with proper portfolio

- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or another professional design software

- Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity

- Understanding of design principles, aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

- Able to ask questions and articulate design concepts

- Experience using Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and other mainstream social media platforms

- Team Player with excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Organized and meticulous attention to detail

- Able to handle responsibilities with limited supervision

- Passionate about design and the future of the industry
