Description:
We are seeking a creative and passionate Mid-level / Junior Brand Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute visual concepts that align with brand’s identity and messaging. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs that resonate with brand’s target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with seniors to develop and execute visual concepts aligned with brand identity across print, digital, and social media.
- Contribute to brand guideline creation and maintain design consistency.
- Generate innovative designs for campaigns, ads, packaging, etc.
- Collaborate on ideas in brainstorming sessions, staying updated on design trends.
- Ensure visual-verbal alignment with copywriters and marketers.
- Create appealing layouts, graphics, and illustrations using design tools.
- Manage deadlines, maintain attention to detail, and deliver quality work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field or relevant experience in the field (1-2 years).
- Prior branding or marketing design experience is preferred
- Portfolio showcasing diverse projects and case studies
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography
- Strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Detail-oriented multitasker with a willingness to learn.
