You will be responsible for developing and producing a wide range of creative materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing and communication materials, including:

Social media graphics (posts, stories, ads)

Website banners and landing pages

Brochures, flyers, and other print materials

Presentations and infographics

Email marketing campaigns

Video thumbnails and intros

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure creative alignment and project deadlines.

Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables.

Stay updated on the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Assist in the development of brand guidelines and style guides.

Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation.

Ensure all design work meets high-quality standards and is delivered on time. Required Skills:

Proficiency in industry-standard design software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential.

Strong understanding of visual design principles: Color theory, typography, layout, composition, and user interface (UI) design.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale.

Creative problem-solving skills: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions.

Attention to detail: Meticulousness in design execution and file preparation.

Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design principles and a diverse range of creative work. Bonus Points:

Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experience with animation software.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.

Experience with 3D design software.
