Description:

Sidr School is seeking full-time, on-site Grade 1-4 Homeroom Teachers specializing in English, Math, and Science to join our Karachi campus in PECHS block 6. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering effective communication with students and parents, and creating an inspiring and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging, student-centered curriculum in English, Math, and Science.
• Project Based Learning Approach
• Familiarity with IB approach in a plus
• Foster a positive, collaborative learning atmosphere in the classroom.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to support each child’s educational journey.
• Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning in line with Sidr’s educational philosophy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education
• Proven teaching experience in primary education
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• Passion for nurturing young minds and commitment to Sidr School’s vision
