Description:

Tracko is hiring skilled GPS Tracker Installation Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot vehicle tracking systems. This role requires technical expertise in vehicle wiring and customer service skills to assist clients with tracker usage.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Install, remove, and modify GPS tracking devices in vehicles according to company standards
✔ Diagnose and troubleshoot tracking system issues
✔ Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on device usage
✔ Assist in sales promotions by recommending tracking solutions to vehicle owners and fleet operators
✔ Maintain strong customer relationships and offer after-sales support
✔ Keep detailed records of installations and customer feedback
✔ Stay updated with the latest GPS tracking technologies

Requirements:

✔ Diploma/Certification in Electrical, Auto Electronics, or a related field (preferred)
✔ 1–2 years of experience in vehicle tracker installation, auto electrical work for Automatic & Hybrid vehicles
✔ Strong technical skills with knowledge of vehicle wiring systems
✔ Basic sales and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently and travel for field visits
✔ Own vehicle required for field operations
