Encoders Studio is actively seeking a skilled and performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across various Google Ads platforms including Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max. The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver measurable client success while ensuring continuous campaign improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize high-performing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign operations including account structuring, audience targeting, keyword strategy, ad copy optimization, and bid automation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, applying advanced optimization techniques such as audience layering, smart bidding strategies, and real-time budget allocation to drive ROI.
  • Conduct thorough A/B and multivariate testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance conversion rates and reduce CPA.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to craft compelling ad creatives and conversion-friendly landing pages.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement Google Ads scripts for automation, performance optimization, and campaign efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads features, algorithm changes, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign performance and competitiveness.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and workflow enhancement.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, or Shopping) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven experience scaling and optimizing campaigns to meet or exceed client KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) for in-depth campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data in simple, actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive approach, constantly looking for innovative ways to enhance performance and operational efficiency.
