Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords that align with client goals.
- Ad Creation: Develop compelling and creative ad copy that resonates with target audiences and adheres to Google Ads best practices.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and conversion rates continuously.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align campaign strategies with broader marketing goals and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in the Google Ads ecosystem and apply new strategies to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 2 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency setting or in-house.
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Google Ads certification is a plus but optional.
