Key Responsibilities:
- Go High Level Management:
- Set up, customize, and maintain our Go High Level CRM system.
- Build, manage, and maintain dashboards for client reporting.
- Set up automated marketing workflows, including emails, SMS, and task triggers.
- Create and manage pipelines, forms, calendars, and other Go High Level tools.
- Integrate Go High Level with other tools, ensuring smooth automation across platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize any issues within the platform.
2 .Agency Analytics Management:
- Set up and customize client dashboards for seamless reporting.
- Monitor and update client campaigns and performance metrics.
- Automate reporting processes for client presentations and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in creating visual reports that demonstrate key campaign results and insights.
- Troubleshoot any reporting issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
3 .Client Support:
- Provide training and support to internal teams on using Go High Level and Agency Analytics.
- Communicate with clients as needed regarding the status of their campaigns and reporting.
