Required Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Education: Chemical Engineering degree.
✔ Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years in a Process/Manufacturing Industry.
✔ Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and engineering principles.
✔ Leadership & Team Management experience.
✔ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
